You can use this website to introduce yourself to Hired and request consideration for recruitment opportunities. Submitting an application does not guarantee a response, interview, offer or employment. Any employment relationship and its conditions will be agreed separately with the relevant employer.
02Who can apply
The application form is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate information about your background, availability and work authorization. Submit only your own information, or information you are authorized to provide.
03Your application and resume
You retain ownership of your resume and other materials. By submitting them, you allow Hired to store, review and use them for the recruitment purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to share the materials and should avoid including confidential third-party information or unnecessary sensitive data.
04Contact preferences
Submitting an application allows us to contact you about that application. Contact about other opportunities is optional and controlled by a separate checkbox. You can withdraw that preference through the privacy request form.
05Acceptable use
Do not submit false or unlawful material, malicious files, unsolicited advertising, or another person’s information without authorization. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or evade security controls. We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access to protect applicants and the service.

Website content is provided for recruitment information. Opportunities and information may change. Third-party ratings and review summaries reflect their stated source and snapshot, rather than a promise about individual outcomes. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; their operators control their content and terms.
07Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the website but cannot guarantee continuous availability or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the materials you submit.

Our Privacy Policy describes collection, use, retention and your choices about personal information. Use its contact form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of future-contact consent.
